Marci was our families' Nanny for more than two years (Twin newborns and a toddler when she started). I cannot say enough good things about Marci! She loves our children as much as we do. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things newborn, infant, toddler and older. Her attention to the details is incredible. She is proactive and anticipated our children's' needs and our families' needs before we even knew we needed something. Everyday, Marci plans different activities for the kids that nurture their hearts and minds and provide physical activities for their bodies. Any family would be incredible lucky to have Marci care for their children. I am a raving fan and will miss having her in our home on an almost daily basis!
