Marcella is and has been a fantastic nanny for our little toddler since he was a year old to now when he turned two. She is a complete professional with a big heart for our boy. She is always punctual, which is so important because both mom and dad work. We have hired a number of nannies in the past for two kids so we know the kind of qualities that we want in a nanny. Foremost, we want someone who keeps our kids safe and loved. Marcella is always vigilant for both external threats as well as any sickness symptoms. Next in importance is that we wanted someone who not only takes care of basic needs, but also supports our son in his intellectual and emotional development. Marcella is a very experienced child care provider who teaches him via circle time, songs and disciplinary lessons when he misbehaves. Beyond the basics that I mentioned, Marcella also prepares healthy meals and drives our kids to lessons when needed. We are very happy to have found her!
