Mandi is very good with my kids and my nephew. She is flexible. There are times when I just have my two kids for her to care for. Other times my nephew is here too and she is always willing to watch him too. She always arrives on time. She is very good keeping in communication with me. She will take the kids to the park and bring books or surprises for them if they behave. I feel very comfortable leaving for work knowing she is here with the kids.
