Everyone has the right to turn down a job of course! But..if someone asks you to give them a couple of days to think about it & you hold off hiring anyone else they should have enough maturity not to leave them hanging & follow through with their word. Did their membership end & that why they couldn't contact? Then It's another slap in the face to look at their profile and see they were active that day!
