I have over 5 years of diverse childcare experience that I can't wait to utilize to enhance your kiddos childhood! Montessori style learning is something I implement into my care giving, along with positive discipline. the Montessori Method can be summed up as a "method of education based on self-directed activity" which means teachers allow children to freely explore their environment (with assistance as needed/necessary), developing independence, self confidence, self-discipline, and and an overall love for learning. I've watched this develop in front of my eyes within children and it is truly amazing. My special interests include nature, art, and developmental psychology.
