I am a first grade Arlington ISD teacher looking for a part time summer job. Before becoming a teacher, I nannied children from ages 4 months to 10 years old. The families I nannied for became a big part of my life and I still love hanging out with them for the occasional date night or weekend trip! I relocated to the Arlington area however and i'm looking for some new babies to open my heart to that are a little closer to home. During my time as a teacher, I have had experience working with children with autism (with and without assistive technology), ADHD, ODD, emotional disturbances, along with selective mutism. Makayla is so kind and caring and truly loves the kids that she works with. She was always ready to play and have fun with our little ones which was important to our family. We have a baby and a 2-year old and Makayla was great at keeping both of them; which is a big job! I absolutely recommend her!
