About Mahtab

Hello! My name is Mahtab, and caring for children has been at the heart of my life for over a decade. With more than 10 years of experience in the education system as a teacher, assistant principal and principal, I've had the privilege of helping children learn, grow, and thrive in safe and nurturing environments. After moving to New Jersey, I continued my journey in early childhood education by working at Kids 'R' Kids preschool, where I supported the development of young learners in a classroom setting. For the past 2 years , I've also worked as a nanny for a wonderful family, providing full-time care for their infant from just a few weeks old. I've supported every stage of the child's early development - from feeding and sleep routines to introducing sensory play, language development, and first steps. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of children, my calm and patient approach, and the trust I build with both children and parents.
