About Madison

Hello! My name is Madison. I grew up in Pendleton, Oregon and in the spring of 2019, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Psychology, with a focus in early childhood development. During my time as an undergraduate, I interned at First Place Kids Preschool, a drop-in Waldorf-inspired program serving children experiencing homelessness. Through this and my role as a swim instructor, I was able to be highly involved in early childhood care. After graduating, I taught at FPK Preschool where I worked with children aged 1 month to 6 years old. During 2020, I was a full-time nanny for three kids under the age of 7. I earned my master's degree in child development in 2022 from Penn State University. Currently, I am finishing my PhD in Developmental Psychology remotely and living with my partner and our cats in SF. I am fully vaccinated, love pets, and love being outdoors :)
