About Madison

I've always had a profound love for children, which led me to become a childcare provider. With 4 years of experience, I aim to make a difference in the lives of children and support families. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. From outdoor games and physical activities to board games and educational games, I enjoy a wide range of play that can cater to different interests. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to pre-teens (ages 0-11). Though I've taken some college courses, & currently working at Virtua Hospital I am always looking to expand my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care.
