While I do not have a professional education in pet care I do have an extensive experience with it. Ive always had dogs, and I currently have an elderly dog and two cats. I was raised with animals and given that responsibility early on. It started with dogs and rabbits, then chickens and goats, turkeys and alpacas. Even a few exotics like fresh and saltwater fish, chameleons, as well as many special needs pets. It was not until I was an adult that my parents were not only teaching me responsibility, but empathy. I was raised that every animal is sentient, and has feelings and thoughts like you and I.
