About Maddy

Hi! My name is Maddy and my passion is helping elementary aged kiddos grow, learn and experience new things. My experience with children started back in middle school when I started babysitting. Throughout the rest of middle school, high school and college I continued to babysit and nanny for multiple families with children ranging anywhere from infants to high schoolers. In college I majored in elementary education with a minor in preprimary education. During this time I had many hours in elementary schools observing and teaching with veteran teachers. While in college I was also a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) for a young boy with multiple diagnoses. I recently wrapped up my first year as a third grade teacher and am looking forward to year two!
