Hello! My name is Mackenzie, I am a recent graduate from OSU and an experienced Caregiver from the Portland/Salem areas. I just moved to Hood River with my husband, and I'm excited to start connecting with families in the area! I've spent the last few years working part-time as a nanny for multiple families and have experience with kids of all ages, from newborn to preteen, and I have developed unique styles for interacting and caring for each of the different age groups I've had the opportunity to work with! In addition to caring for kids of multiple ages, I've also cared for children with special care requirements, such as specific dietary restrictions (diabetes, severe allergies, etc.), Down Syndrome, and ADHD. Mackenzie was an absolute joy to work with! We had her babysit our three children during a busy wedding weekend. I was so impressed with her communication and attention to detail. She was incredible! She put all three of our little ones to bed and fed them dinner two nights in a row. She was trustworthy and responsible and my kids adored their time with her! I wish she lived near us so we could use her regularly!
