About Machaela

Hello, my name is Machaela. I'm currently a teacher working with children with behavioral and special needs. I also was a preschool teacher, behavioral health technician, and camp counselor. I've worked with children aged 1-14 throughout my 10+ years of experience. I graduated in 2022 with my bachelors in Health Sciences and Psychology. I'm planning on getting my masters in both Counseling and Special Education. My concentration is in art therapy, and my goal is to one day open a community center where the main focus is promoting positive interactions, mental and educational supports, and affordable education and extracurricular activities for those who may not have those resources. Currently, I am looking for a full time summer position from M-F. My hours are flexible and I do have transportation. I look forward to hearing from you!
