About Lourdes

I have 36 years of experience working in the Medical field. I'm a Psychiatrist (Doctor of Medicine) from my country Venezuela. I have 15 years of experience working with elderly patients in Venezuela (focusing on prevention, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders in the elderly and improvement of psychiatric care for healthy and ill elderly patients). Here in the USA, I completed the Home Health Aide Program at I. T. of Central Florida Vocational School and I'm First Aid CPR AED certified. I would like to help seniors with Home Health Care using my professional knowledge and personal experience (for many years I took care of my parents and my grandmother during their illness). My native language is Spanish (fluent), I prefer working with Spanish speakers due to I'm learning English at this time.
