About Louisa

I have several years of experience because I have taken care of younger family members my whole life and worked in a daycare. I can help with housekeeping, errands and whatever else needs to be done. My preferred age is infants but I am willing to watch preschool/kindergarten-age kids as well. I take a very loving, nurturing and positive approach with kids and treat them with the same amount of love as if they were my own kids. I believe in using a gentle approach as far as discipline goes, and I do not believe in raising my voice or using any type of "harsh" punishments with young children. I seek to engage with them on an age appropriate level. At the daycare I worked at, I got down on the floor and played with the children, entering their world of fantasy, fun and play. I absolutely adore babies and young kids and get so much joy from being around them and helping them grow. :)
