I've been trained in determining fall risks, proper use of a gait belt and helping patients in and out of wheelchairs. I spent my career in health care and management but I've helped dozens of families with everything a senior requires in my employment for a professional agency. Lori is a wonderful caregiver who is top-notch in her experience and is a capable and competent person. She was the only applicant I was interested in because her experience and location are perfect for what I needed. I instantly felt comfortable hiring her and knew she is trustworthy and honest, so I didn't have any doubts or fears about her. Lori is very caring, genuine, down to earth, friendly, sweet and professional. I appreciate her being attentive to setting up her time I needed for my transportation/caregiver job, her help and knowledge as well as following up with me. If I ever need someone for care-taking help or transportation, Lori will be the first person I'll call!
