About Lori

I am a retired elementary teacher/nanny with 30+ years experience teaching and taking care of children. I have a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I was a nanny before I became a teacher. I taught kindergarten and first grade. I have been working as a nanny since I retired from teaching. In my last position I worked for the family of a fetal maternal medicine specialist working 12 hour shifts with the father traveling internationally. I worked in this role for 3 years caring for 2 children. I provided comprehensive care for both children including meal prep, bottle sterilization, bathing, laundry, transporting children and bedtime routines. The most important thing to me when I was working as a teacher was knowing that my children were loved and well cared for while I was at work. At this stage in my life it is time for me to give back by providing quality childcare so the parents can know that their children are loved and well cared for. I am ready to relocate to Nashville.
