I can help with nutritious meal prep, house-keeping, companionship, redirecting, groceries, medication reminders, and more. I am a mother of two grown boys, a Christian, a solution finder, and a dependable and compassionate multitasker. I have experience in Alzheimer's and Dementia related illnesses. I serve three ladies regularly in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, and I am looking to fill in 3 hours on Wednesday, and 3 hours on Thurs, from 2-5 p.m. in Chesapeake only. I have high energy, the ability to do an incredible amount of work in a small amount of time, and most importantly, I really enjoy my work and taking care of others. I am very dependable and always on time.
