Hey there! My name is Liza and I have been a Special Education Instructional Assistant with Chesterfield County since 2016. I am passionate about working with and caring for children of any age but am most familiar with ages 5-11. I'm a child at heart and love engaging kids in activities both active (kicking a soccer ball, throwing a Frisbee) and more passive (reading stories, crafts). I am CPR certified as part of my job with the county as well as first aid and epipen trained. I am available for in-home childcare and tutoring/helping students (K-5) with virtual learning. I was previously getting my bachelors in psychology but recently switched tracks to nursing as direct care is where my true passion lies.
