Livia was a wonderful caregiver to my father from September 2023- April 2025. Livia did the difficult 7pm-7am evening shifts and did so with calm and grace giving comfort that our father was in good hands over night. She always was extremely careful to follow instructions and made his wellbeing the upmost of importance. My father had Parkinson’s and Dementia which affected his speech and so he was nonverbal. Livia went above and beyond to ensure he was as comfortable as possible despite the many complex issues he faced. Livia is an extremely hard worker, was never late and always showed the upmost of consideration to our family and to the other caregivers. Her vast experience as a caregiver was invaluable to us.
