About Lisa

I am currently looking for a position 20+ hours. I am a Certified Professional Governess, with CPR and Newborn Care Specialist certificates, BFA and travel experience. 10 years experience as CPG. My specialty is with toddlers. I have worked with all ages of children and several different groups. I've worked with families of 4 children (2, 4, 5, 8) , 3 children (16 mo, 4, 6), an only child (18 mo), an only child starting at 2 mo and ranging ages from newborn to 13 years for nursery/evening/weekend needs. My philosophy is kind but firm, to allow the child to build life skills, with the view that each child is an individual. I consistently take continuing education courses and attended school. I have my own transportation and I feel communication is what makes a match great. As a Governess I look forward to watching children grow by taking them to as many places as possible; home lessons and adventures. I have great references!
