I have known Lisa for about 10 years, starting when she was providing child care services at the center my children attended. She has since helped us with our children and pets on an ongoing basis. Lisa is kind and thoughtful by nature. She cares about kids and animals, and it shows in her work. She is good at developing rapport with children, even those that are the most shy or reserved. She is dependable and she implements the structure asked of her. She also is adaptable and thinks on her feet, making sound decisions when juggling all that comes with watching several children, all at different ages and developmental stages. I can't endorse her enough.
