My primary experience working with children who have been diagnosed with ASD as well as ADHD (whether prominence in impulsively/hyperactivity or inattention/lack of focus) come from my profession as a mental health counselor. I have been practicing within the field as a mental health counselor for 5 years this upcoming January and will have my license by the end of this year. I have also worked with children with ADHD diagnosis within the pre-school/early learning environment. I believe my Counseling experience gives me the transferable skills to add to providing care to children in a holistic way! I can help with behavioral management as well as aiding in emotional expression! I want to help your child to feel safe externally and inwardly :) I also have over 3 years in general care.
