I provide private customized care and assistance including ADL's: ambulating/transfers, physical therapy assigned exercises, range of motion exercises; companionship; scheduling and transport to medical appointments; Provider interface, documentation for family members; Advocacy & navigation of healthcare, outreach and resource management. Knows a great deal about Parkinson's Disease (PD). Follows through with exercise programs, supports PWP (Person with Parkinson's) during exercise and boxing classes. Follows protocols from MD's for my PWP. Has a fun and friendly yet professional demeanor. Has her Qmap so can sort and administer the many PD medications. Encourages my PWP to take walks outside with his U-Step walker. VERY safety minded!
