About Lisa

I'm a mom of two adult boys and now have a granddaughter. I care for her a few times a week. I enjoy taking care of others. For over 30 years now I have been taking care of children through either working at a child care center, watching them in my home or assisting in emotional support classrooms in my school district. I've cared for all ages, from birth to seniors. Over the years I have had several trainings for working with and understanding children. Garden Spot Village was also a place I was employed. My jobs there included serving in the dining room and also a resident assistant where I assisted residents with meals and everyday needs. My family is very important to me, my husband, our boys and their families spend lots of time together, especially outdoors. Some hobbies of mine are photography, scrapbooking, reading and decorating for events such as birthday parties, weddings, teas, staff dinners, etc. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things.
