About Lisa

My education is based in Early Childhood development. I have over 25 years experience as a care giver for infants, young children, and teenagers. My previous jobs have included work with all ranges of the spectrum, as well as children with mental disabilities and children with life-threatening allergies. I have worked with up to four children at a time. I am also a single mother of a child with PDD-NOS (Autism). My son is now 16 and is mainstream which I am very proud to say. I love working with children. It is the most rewarding work. It brings me great joy to know I have made a positive difference in a child's life.

We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa for an in-person interview. Lisa arrived on time and was very professional. She immediately connected with our children ages 3, 6, and 8. My youngest was sitting in my lap and Lisa gently engaged him in a game he could do from my lap. This small and perfect gesture was evidence of her kind and competent approach to caring for young children. We were lucky to have multiple highly qualified professionals interview for our position.
