About Lisa

I have been a caregiver for over 35 years for newborns all the way up to 101 years old. I specialize in high risk and special needs individuals. I love my job and I take it very seriously! I have tons of credentials, easily react to emergencies, and loads of knowledge in the medical field. I own an Assisted Living Facility in CA. I LOVE MY JOB! We can go on little adventures or stay at home. Go out to eat or stay in. I treat everyone as family. I like to stay connected with the family. I keep a journal daily to show moods, activities, meds, bathing, nutrition, etc. Things I need to know.. allergies, triggers, nutrition, meds, routines, do's and do not's. Likes and dislikes, comforting items, activities, and foods. Alzheimer's patients, I like keeping routines close to familiar. But I love to treat them to a drive, lake visit(just our toes), mountains(fresh air), short picnic, etc. I keep them active. I try to make their lives as wonderful as possible. I would want that for my Grams.
