Kind and compassionate are two words which come to mind when I think of Liness! She joined our family to care for my husband (with dementia) after he had suffered a stroke. I recognized immediately she was the one with the expertise in dealing with his situation, and I took my cues for his care from her. Aside from perhaps the usual issues recovering from a stroke, he also had urinary issues to contend with. The respect and dignity with which she always treated my husband was so appreciated! I found Liness, by nature, to be quiet and reserved. She has a lot of common sense and is very intuitive. She took her cues in the running of the household from me, which I appreciated. Since my world seemed to be spinning out of control, it felt good to have some every day tasks that I could concentrate on. Lee’s intuitive nature seemed to pick up on this, yet I knew she was willing to ‘step in’ if needed. You would be very lucky indeed to have her as a caregiver for a loved one!
