I don't have specific experience with anyone with special needs except for a childhood friend with mental retardation and another very smart autistic friend of mine. I also volunteered several years at the MDA camp for children with muscular dystrophy, so I do have mediocre experience on helping them to the toilet/bath, helping them eat, change, and putting leg braces on. I treat everyone the same, regardless of their life situation, so I know I would be able to handle this position well. I also don't get a temper, I would never yell or demean someone.
