I have been taking care of kiddos since I was 5 years old. I seriously started babysitting when I was 13 years old and I have nannied for multiple families in the past 21 years. Cooking and baking are passions of mine and am I always enjoy letting kids help me. I know children don't always want to do what we tell them to do :) but they do like doing things with us! So I involve them everything, from picking out items at the grocery store, baking, gardening, to helping me fold laundry. It gives them a since of purpose and they really enjoy themselves while doing it, AND they might even learn something new.
