About Linda

I assist with daily activities, meals, transportation and housekeeping. I've been described by many as having a lot of patience. I have no problem lending a hand when needed. I also help friends and family in taking care of and sitting for their pets and other members of their family. I believe I'm able to work that way because I feel if it were any one of my family members, I would want the same kind of care for them and myself. I do take time out to find out what the person's needs are, their likes and dislikes, and if needed, how to work around the dislikes. In 2003, a nurse said to me she noticed how I took an extra step to help seniors and young kids. She recruited me to work with her in an assisted living facility. Most of the ones I worked with, had different levels of dementia or Alzheimer's. I have also worked with a child and an adult with special needs.
