About Linda

I have worked with students of all ages supporting their learning, helping with executive functioning along with writing and reading skills. I tutored students from other countries, helping them access English language content to become confident with it and gain cultural competency. I'd describe my personality as patient, encouraging, and supportive. I like working with kids because they are curious, positive, and often unpredictable. I'm looking for a job that will give me the opportunity to work with students who need support to be successful in school and in life. I started working with kids when my own children were in school. My interest in being an educator grew as I had opportunities to help students find their voices and success. In my spare time, I like to read, walk my dog, and cook with my husband. One thing you should know about me is I don't give up on student success. My skills include helping students access material required of them to fulfill goals.
