As a caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative, and I have a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts children at ease. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents via text or phone call, following their preferred method of contact. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, ensuring consistency for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and have a college degree. In addition to English, I also speak Russian.
