About Lily

With 4 years of experience focusing on infants and toddlers, l've developed a deep understanding of their developmental milestones and needs. My background includes childcare development and hands-on experience at St Pauls Academy, equipping me to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child's growth in cognitive, social, and physical domains. At St. Paul's I worked with mostly preschool ages but we also went up to 5th grade so the age range was 2-11. I have previously worked with multiple families with children ranging 6mo-8years old. I'm familiar in working with multiple kids at once since most of my clients have more than one kid. I want to build with a family based on trust, communication, and reliability. I believe kids thrive through being understood and nurtured. I think it's important for them to understand compassion and how to have fun and get along. Thank you!
