I have over 10 years of working with children and nannying. I first started working with children when I was 14, in which I was the assistant preschool teacher for the local synagogue. I then babysat all throughout high school and college, usually working with children ages 2-12. I gained valuable experience with youth ages 11-15 while working as an Assistant English Teacher at a middle school for a year in Lyon, France. For this position I led class discussions in English and taught the language, as well as acted as a role model and supported the kids with any troubles they might be having. I am fluent in French and would be happy to incorporate this into my babysitting. For the past several summers I have also worked as a camp counselor for children ages 7 to 16 at a month-long sleep away camp. For this position I was a sleep-in councilor that supervised the kids, set up fun lesson plans, acted as a role-model, and ensured their overall safety and well-being.

Lilly is so kind and playful with my children. She filled in for us in a nanny share with my two-year-old and another two-year-old while our regular nanny was on leave. With very little cross-over she easily picked up the rhythm and did well with both children. Then later she helped us with babysitting my six year old who adores her and constantly asks if she will come back. She's very interactive and present and a caring soul.
