About Lilli

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, thoughtful, and friendly. I like working with kids because they have a great curiosity and wonder for the world around them. I always feel more knowledgeable about life after working with kids. They notice things that adults tend to overlook and that fascinates me. I started working with kids when I was 15. My mom created an after school care program for the teachers at our school and I would help out. From that program, I made great relationships with some of the children and continued to care for them outside of the program. I've been babysitting ever since! In my spare time, I like to dance! I am a dancer with New Jersey Ballet, but we are currently on break, so I need another source of income. Dance has taught me strength, vulnerability, determination, and how to have fun! I am so lucky to be able to call it my job! In addition to dance, I enjoy tennis, bike rides, cooking, music, and being with friends!
