Before going back for my masters degrees, I worked in private school and in-home settings with kids with special needs. Lillian is everything you'd want in a caregiver. Almost quite literally Mary Poppins, down to the singing. Great presence, caring, curious about the child in her care and how to best help, and open to input. I'm excited to be working with her!
