Hi, my name is Lilly. I recently graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have experience caring for up to 4 children ages 6 months to two years. For the past year, I was an infant teacher at a Montessori school. Before my teaching position, I was a nanny for two children. I am staying with my parents in California for a short time but will be in Brooklyn this Spring or sooner if a childcare position becomes available to me. I love working with a wide range of ages. I believe children learn best through play and exploration. I enjoy spending time outdoors with children, allowing them to experience the natural world. Nature always provides teachable moments. Lillian has been a wonderful teacher and caregiver for our daughter. We first met Lillian when our daughter was just over a year old and beginning daycare. This was our daughter's first experience being cared by someone other than her parents, and Lillian's warm and caring nature sparked an instant connection with our daughter that has only strengthened throughout the past year. Often when we pick her up at the end of the day, she's so happy reading, dancing, and playing with Lillian that she doesn't want to go home! We were fortunate to have Lillian in our daughter's life. She has helped our daughter grow into the thoughtful girl that she is today, and we know Lillian's influence will carry on for years to come.
