We hired Lillian to care for our first child. I was a nervous wreck hiring a stranger to care for my baby but had interviewed 9 people, checked backgrounds and references. As luck would have it, a NICU nurse was my final interview and leaving our conversation I felt at peace. She gave me one of the greatest gifts. She loved my child like her own which in turn allowed me to follow my dream. We relocated out of state and miss her dearly.
