About Lillian

Hi, my name is Lilly and I am 19 years old. I have great experience in child care as I am currently a swim instructor of all ages, and also work with children with disabilities. I have experience working with the youth at my church and as a camp counselor. I have learned to be empathetic, patient, kind, and hardworking. I have been working as a swim instructor for the past two years and adore everyday I get to be around littles. I'm looking for a full time or part time position, with a minimum of one year commitment, and my rates start at $22/hour. I'm Lifeguard/CPR/AED certified, and have experience working in a kitchen. I don't mind helping with small household cleaning as well. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow. I love doing crafts, baking, encouraging independent time, swimming, and playing outside. I'm firm but very kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to.
