About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate, and driven. I like working with kids because I grew up with younger siblings and I have always enjoyed being around the fun spirit that kids have. I'm looking for a job that is consistent, knowing what my weeks will look like ahead of time. I want a job where I can build relationships and get more experience for my future. I started babysitting for families around the age of 15-16. I also worked at a couple of summer camps for kids in my area throughout high school. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, I like to spend time with family and friends, and I enjoy chill days at the pool. One thing you should know about me is that I have a younger brother with Down Syndrome, and I also work as a mentor at my college for students with intellectual disabilities. So, I have lots of experience working with special needs. I'd say my top 3 skills include great communication, planning/organization, and compassion/empathy.
