About Delaney

I'd describe my personality as fun, encouraging, and kind. I like working with kids because I believe the kids are the leaders of the future. I love partnering with families to care for their children and create experiences for them where they feel safe and can enjoy their childhood! I'm looking for a job that is preferably full time. I can work with up to three kids at a time. I have experience caring for babies 3 months old through teenagers! I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started by serving in the kids ministry at my church. As I was in church more, I switched to serving in student ministry. I also babysat throughout college. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my husband and our puppies. One thing you should know about me is I have experience working with children with medical needs.
