About Lilliana

Hi, my name is Lily! I've been babysitting since my early teen years. I started by caring for my nieces and nephews almost everyday (I am a blessed auntie of 11) and volunteering in the children's program at church. I have about 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages! I absolutely love making children feel seen, heard and empowered as they grow and develop into the incredible human beings they're meant to be! I'd say my favorite is working with infants and toddlers, but every age is a joy to me. When I'm with kids, I strive to be fully present and attentive to their needs to the best of my ability. Reading, painting, singing songs and learning new games are among my favorite ways to engage with them!
