Lilia, helped with our two kiddos for a number of months. I cannot express how kind, patient, and caring she was to my boys (2 and 4). They would always ask us when she was going to watch them because they loved playing games and all of the educational arts and crafts she did to keep there little minds learning. Lilia always would let us know at the end of her day what they did together and what they learned. She was also so attention oriented and would let us know of thinks the boys are doing/saying differently since that last time she saw them. To us, this meant so much! We could tell that she is very patient about caring for children by all the feedback she provided. It is such a huge relief to a parent knowing that the person you trust with your children is proving the same type of love and attention as yourself! We would absolutely hire her again! She is a wonderful choice for you and your family!
