Liliana, well Lili as my kids referred to her was more than awesome to hire for the caring of my kids. She was more than what you can expect from a caregiver. ALWAYS punctual, dependable and over all caring. My kids are the type that do not go with any person that just walks in to their comfort zone, but she won them over. My middle child of age 2 was her challenge, but Lili was persistent and committed on obtaining her to trust her which she did achieve. My youngest is a 1 year old, and was not so hard with her but did challenge her at times and my oldest is 11 years old and was very delighted to have Lili. Lili became more than a caregiver to us, she became a part of our family!!!! I was more than please to have hired her and will definitely have her around for when she is available since she had to go back to University Classes. My kids miss her very much and trust it is really hard to replace her!!!!!!!
