About Lianne

We really wanted her to workout. However she became very unreliable and not dependable at all. She always had an issue because of family or sickness or her other jobs. She clearly has too much going on in her life to help care for seniors as she supposedly loved doing. She would call out or have to have a family member come help her because she didn't know how to handle a situation. Supposedly had experience with dementia and Alzheimer's, doubting that now since she didn't even understand "sundowners". She takes forever to get back to you even when we clearly stated communication is a must for scheduling. Just unacceptable even after it says READ on her texts. The last straw was she was scheduled for the a.m. shift never responded and then if I hadn't text her she just wouldn't of shown up which she didn't anyways. Don't Hire her - completely unreliable!
