All my experience with the elderly have been personal. When I was 14 my grandfather on my father side was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. So after school I would sit with him cooking him dinner gave him his pills. Then we will just sit and sing and make up songs until it was time for bed. (Music was a big for us.) Did that for a couple years until he went to a home. Then my grandmother on my mom side got the same diagnosis. Now I make her breakfast help her with her meds, listen to her stories. But she is still very independent and like to do things on her own. So I am opening to gaining more experience, I am CPR & First Aid Certified. I have my phlebotomist license, im working on my CMA and EKG License. in couple months I want to get my mental health. Any other questions, please just message me. thank you
