About Lexi

Hi! My name is Lexi, and I have over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages-from newborns to 12 years old. I started babysitting when I was 13 and have since worked as a full-time nanny, daycare assistant, and family caregiver. I've helped raise my niece and nephew (now 4 and 7) since they were born and provided full-time nanny care for families. I have a BA from UW. I've also taken college-level courses in child psychology, multicultural education, early childhood math, and teaching in today's changing world. I love supporting kids' development through creative play, learning activities, reading, and outdoor fun. I'm patient, dependable, and fully committed to helping families create a loving, structured environment for their children. I'm comfortable with all ages, from infants to school-age kids, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, school pickups, or bedtime routines. My schedule is flexible, including evenings and weekends.
