When Lexie was hired we made it clear that reliability and good timely communication was necessary. She agreed. Lexie in her first week of employment was working fine. Lexie contracted a cold. We kept in touch with Lexie inquiring about her health and how she was doing. We texted her and asked if she could come to work later in the week perhaps Friday or the following Monday. She said, Okay sounds good." After that she never responded to our text or phone call. We are writing this review to notify others she is unreliable and disrespectful in hope that no one else experiences what we went through.
