Letitia interviewed very well, and has a very positive Christian attitude and is a worker. But, in her short time on board with me, she called off 3 times for personal family reasons. She only worked a handful of shifts, then texted on a Monday, that due to personal reasons, she would be quitting. Her next shift was on Thursday, so it was only a 4 day notice. We liked her, seemed to be a good fit, but I need dependability as I know other families do also. I do wish her well, but families do need to be aware.
